Dear members,
 
The Union has sent a letter to the Management regarding the perfomance bonus.
 
We highlighted:
 
1) the dissatisfaction of members with the lack of transparency in how the level of performance were decided and quantums were derived;
 
and
 
2) protested the imposition of quotas on the different performance bonus quantums, as this appeared discordant with the whole concept of performance-based evaluations.
